The Heart Behind Every Slice
Round table pizza began as a dream shared around a family kitchen table in Livermore, California. Our founders, Maria and Thomas Rossi, believed that great pizza brings people together — much like the legendary round table of Arthurian lore, where every seat is equal and every guest is valued.
In 1995, they opened the doors of our first location on E Stanley Blvd with just three recipes, a wood-fired oven, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Word spread quickly. Neighbors became regulars. Regulars became family.
Today, Round table pizza serves thousands of guests each month, but our philosophy remains unchanged: source the finest ingredients, hand-craft every pie, and treat every customer like royalty. Our dough is made fresh daily, our sauces slow-simmered from vine-ripened tomatoes, and our toppings sourced from trusted local and regional suppliers.

The First Slice
Maria and Thomas Rossi open Round table pizza at 1024 E Stanley Blvd with a wood-fired oven and three signature recipes. The community falls in love instantly.
Expanding the Menu
Growing demand leads to a full kitchen renovation and the introduction of calzones, pasta dishes, and our famous garlic bread — all made from scratch daily.
Community Award
Round table pizza is recognized as Livermore's "Best Family Restaurant" by the Tri-Valley Chamber of Commerce — the first of many community accolades.
Catering Launch
